ACP 8.2.2a Hot Fix Release Notes
This began life with a need to address PlaneWave focusers PWI2/3/4 in AcquireSupport. The 8.2.2a came about when a camera sequencing change was retracted.
Product Changes and Improvements:
* The web server now has an additional exception to access authentication requirements for SSL.Com identity validation (similar to ACME). The path /.well-known/pki-validation is now accessible without username and password. Add this to the documentation for SSL as well.
Bug Fixes:
* Add logic in AcquireSupport.MoveFocuser() to automatically choose the correct/installed version of the PlaneWave PWI software when changing focus position.
* Remove harmless but unclean space in call to WaitForMilliseconds within AcquireSupport.MoveFocuser().
* The Windows major update "self repair" now also re-registers the MPCORB and MPCCOMET components.
ACP 8.2.1 Hot Fix Release Notes
This was released primarily to address a security change in the Windows 10 scripting engines. We included a few other lightweight changes as well, no new features.
Bug Fixes:
* Script and ASP engines now handle the new error code that comes from 2019 Windows 10 updates when a script is interrupted or an ASP render calls Response.End().
* Self-repair no longer fails when the ACP Program Files folder becomes write-locked to non-elevated programs.
* If weather safety interrupts are disabled (via Weather.DisableUnsafeInterrupts()) then later re-enabled (via Weather.EnableUnsafeInterrupts()), and if the weather is still unsafe, the Weather Safety Script is now run at that time (deferred).
* AutoFlat process now properly does token substitutions on the LogTemplate if used.
* A registry handle leak on startup has been fixed.
