NGC 1272 & NGC 1275

Large Perseus Cluster of galaxies. NGC 1272 is elliptical galaxy, and NGC 1275 - lenticular. Many other galaxies have accumulated around this pair. Very productive area for imaging.

These galaxies were discovered by the German astronomer Henry Louis D'Arré on February 14, 1863.

L = 20 * 1800 sec. bin1, R = 13 * 1000 sec. bin2, G = 13 * 1150 sec. bin2, B = 13 * 1300 sec. bin2.

Total - 22.5 hours.

Processing - Pixinsight 1.8 and Photoshop.
